what would be better to learn OLL all 51 or something or all PLL the 21?
obviously knowing both would be good but whats your opinions?

thanks :)

For most people they take similar amounts of time to execute the Algs because although most OLL algs are shorter than PLLs, there's 57 of them so they take longer to recognize.

Purely because there's loads less of them, learn PLL first, it's what everyone else does :)

Definitely PLL. Several cubers have gotten to sub-20 and even sub-15 without knowing full OLL. Learning full OLL takes longer (as there are many more algorithms) and it only saves you maybe two or three seconds compared to 2-look OLL.

I'd even say you only sacrifice about 1 second in any case where 2 edges are oriented.

It probably works out to be a bit more than that, but certainly no more than 2 seconds, I'd guess.

On topic- Full PLL, for sure. It was said before, and it bears repeating. It's not even close, learn PLL first.

I didn't include case recognition and AUF, but that should only take a second so you're right.
