What should I do about my restless method disorder?

So I have been cubing for almost 4 years now and after the initial beginning part where I just learned how to solve the cube using LBL, I became diagnosed with restless method disorder. Now restless method disorder or RMD is a medical term created by Andrew Nathenson (colorful pockets) which means a person who has learned many methods or alg sets and can never decide which one to stay with hindering their progress and improvement. I started with CFOP then tried roux but there wasnt much resources back then so I tried some other methods and stayed with ZZ for a while, I also went on to learning CT and some other variants. After a while I tried going back to roux and by then there were more resources so I was able to learn it and some tricks for the blocks and thought it was a fun method. I also tried Petrus throughout all of my cubing career but it never stuck. All this brings me to today where I am sub 20 at most methods, and I don't know what to stick with, the methods have their own pros and cons and they contain awesome alg sets in each method, and I think I'm losing the fight to decide which to main. So any help or tips you can give me to beat this would be greatly appreciated.

Use the method you like the most, for example I use CFOP, but maybe someday I learn Petrus and I enjoy using it more so I change methods. In conclusion use the one you have more fun with and the method you are more comfortable with, because at the end, cubing is about having fun.

Good luck with your RMD.

I just wing it personally, if I see a really good 2x2x2 for Petrus then Petrus it is, if I see a really good 1x2x3 then Roux it is.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

EDIT: I also find that learning full OLL and full PLL then just not using CFOP for a decade means you really hate CFOP because I really don't have the kind of brain that can learn that again :p

I can't say it's ever hindered my progress to the extent that I don't still enjoy picking up the cube and solving it.. because that is indeed what it's all about.

If you really do want to kick it into touch though, force yourself to only use that one method for every solve.. timed and casual.. whenever you're bored pick up a cube and mess with it, ensuring you don't use anything other than that one method, soon enough you'll start to loose proficiency with other methods and find yourself using it almost by habit.. this is how I forced myself to not use reduction on 6x6, I sat down and did nigh on 100 solves only using K4 and by the end I was easily a minute faster with K4 than I ever was with Reduction.

Oof I still have RMD I literally have been in turmoil about choosing to switch to Roux, Waterman, ZZ or blah blah cause they're all really fun to me but I thought it would be counter productive to switch, I'm sub 13 with CFOP now and about the same ish with ZZ, averaging around 14-16 in Roux and 17 in Petrus.
Mind you these are the only methods that I may intend to switch to.

Hey i also have that case, i personally have learned 10 Methods and for some unknown reason i still want to learn more XD. With 10 methods in my mind i usually pick a method that i think is the best for the scramble that i get =)

Method Neutral would be really cool.

’Heck yeah well you sub 15 with CFOP? I’m sub 15 with CFOP, Roux, ZZ, Petrus, etc’
Bro, method neutrality is a waste of time unless you want to be method neutral between only a small amount of methods like 2 or 3, even then, practicing with one method and getting fast with it has way better improvement rate than method neutrality, but it is cool though.

doing multiple methods automatically destroys improvement rate because your time is split between methods,
i personnally think the only viable option to be fast(not to have fun)
is doing to simular methods like petrus,zz or cfop,zz or waterman, roux ect.

I corrected your post's grammar
I couldn't help it. I'm a grammar Nazi at heart.

For example

SINULAR FRUITS LIKE(BANANAS,APPLES OR PINAPPLES AND WATERMELONS
It would not be similar fruits like bananas, apples, watermelons, and PINAPPLES. It's all about the context clues bro
