What method should I learn for clock and when should I?

Just don't learn Lou. I don't know why so many people keep asking if they should use it.
Sheerin or 7simul are both great options if you want to use a no-flip method.
I'm guessing you use Flip right now. You could keep using Flip, with enough practice and the Implementation of the right tricks, it can be used to achieve insane globals. (Keep in mind that most top solvers use Flip.)

Just saying not to learn it doesn't mean anything, if you don't explain why you feel that way.
What makes it worse? What makes Sheerin or 7simul better?
Good point, I should've included that in my reply.
The main reason that people use Sheerin/7simul over Lou is because of these reasons:
  1. Ergonomics and possible maximum TPS (much better with Sheerin and 7simul)
  2. Ease of inspection and maximum amount of possible skips
  3. movecount (obviously 7simul has pretty good movecount)
While Lou might be classified as the "most advanced" method, 7simul and Sheerin improve these 3 things quite a lot over Lou
