I am not sure which one would be better, I currently average 6.9 - 7.5 seconds with CFOP, I know full T set, 2/3rd U set, around 15 cases in L set, 4-5 in Pi and 4-5 in H (ZBLL),
and I know around 50 OLLCPs

I think ZB is much better because it's 2 look for LSLL whereas OLLCP or normal CFOP is 3 look. I'm tempted to even say that OLLCP is worse than OLL/PLL, as I've never heard of a top 3x3 solver using full OLLCP. I've not looked at all the cases systematically, of course, but my impression is that many cases aren't great. Edge-only PLLs are a better subset on average, but adj cases, which you will get most of the time, are mostly decent - many are better than Z-perm.
