what method is best for One handed solving?

As long as its a method with low movecount, it's up to you. The important thing is not what method you pick, but what algorithms you use. Try to use ones that only involve U, R and L. That'll make it a LOT easier to do.

Hmm, yeah, I guess M is okay too if you're good at them. Mostly it's the F and B that slow down one handed a lot. Same with cube rotations.

You are ^_^

Table ftfw

oh thats right, I saw your OH algs using table... Very nice. I was unclear that you could do that for a while. Hmm... I need to take a look at your videos as I learn roux, I have a feeling this will help =) lol

now that I am kind of trying it, the blockbuilding actually seems easier than F2l OH. But I still totally faol at BB

The only OH solve on my channel was actually made when I sucked at OH. I'm much faster (better at the technique) now, so I'll probably do an avg video soon.

as will I, after a few days of table practice I've gotten sub-32 avgs with Roux.

Try ZZ out. After EOLine, F2L has no cube rotations, and it can be done using only R, U, L moves. Then it's just regular PLL (the edges are all oriented)
I was under the impression that COLL/EPLL has better algs for OH than OCLL/PLL, but I may be wrong..
