What do you do when you are having an "off" day

Well right now, I had a "on" day, I got a 25 AO12, usually I have 28's.

When I have an off day I either keep cubing, slow down my tps to work on look ahead, work on 4x4, come up with my own methods, etc.

I usually just stop timing myself and practice my F2L at my own pace. If I'm getting really awful times (I suppose my average itself is awful compared to some, but anyway...), I just come read the forums. I'm having bad times right now, which is why I'm here :p

Put the cube away for a while (an hour, a day, a week or even longer) and try to improve some other areas of your life during that time: read about a subject you don't know much about, exercise, spend time with friends/relatives,...

When you get back to cubing, you will feel refreshed.

Read a book. Kids don't read enough these days.

I just keep solving because, on my off days, sometimes i randomly have like 5 minutes of amazing times, then back down to crappy times...
i.e.
Off Day for fundash:
3:15- NO!!! why do keep getting bad times?!?!?
3:30- Hey! that was AMAZING!
3:35- OMGWTFBBQCATS!!! NEW PB!!! OMG!!!
3:40- NO!! WTF?!!? that was DOUBLE my usual average!
*yells at cube even though it's an inanimate object*
:)

I usually switch between OH(good practice for lookahead) and 2H. Luckily bad 2H days seem to be good OH days and vice versa. Other times I just plod on, especially for OH, to get warmed up. I also have the the experience of getting amazing times in bunches(my lucky and nonlucky OH PBs(29.45 and 32.00 respectively) were consecutive or close to it.)

Pyraminx is the answer =D you can't suck at pyraminx and care less about it? :P and with all those pyraminx methods out there I'm just trying some new methods if someone mentions a method I haven't tried :P (The result=I know a lot of methods for pyraminx now =D)
