Should we have a spammer's bin for these recurring topics in the off topic?

Or maybe start with a filter on the "recent posts"; I really don't care about off-topic threads, and I usually only check the recent threads...

Off-Topic Just for Fun (Stuff like rate the avatar above you)

How about:
Serious discussion
Off topic
Spammer's bin

That way the topics can be filtered into on of their corresponding sections (off topic being the mid point).

I think if we did split up off-topic, we'd simply have the problem of people not posting where they should.

I don't think there's anything massively wrong with the layout at the moment but as you all think it should be changed how about Miscellaneous Cubing and Off Topic?

I think those two would make more sense to fit things like "non cubers say the..." and those other slightly cube related but less important things.
