What are the top 15 oll's to learn.

Well 4-10 are obviously the ones needed for the second part of 2LOLL
3 and 11-17 are all the dots, so I assume you chose those to ensure that the first part of 2LOLL is never two algs.
That's a bit of a guess though, because if you only wanted to make sure it was always 2LOLL you wouldn't need all of 11-17

Thats pretty much what I thought.

i got it and its becasue there the most common right. btw i dontuse algs that have 2 turning moves x,y,z

Why does everyone keep saying this??? They all think doing a cube rotation in a oll or pll is bad when it's there to make the algs easier to perform.

Learn OLLs 03-17 here: http://cubewhiz.com/oll.html (bonus points if you can explain why I picked those)
Because using only those algs it's impossible to solve cases with 2 bad and 2 good edges. Nice one.
That's it. And they're *all* non-edge-flippers and all-edge-flippers, there happen to be exactly 15. I figured this couldn't be coincidence but must be fate.

So you were giving intentionally wrong advice?
