DAY 1 FIRST UPDATE

5BLD:
It went really bad, but not just for me. All Vietnamese competitors all triple DNFs their solves, leaving only 2 chinese competitor with a single.
My first two solve went horribly, you could not infact, tell if I was scrambling it or solving it. I did solve all xcenters and +centers in the third one, but the wings, midges, and corners are wrong for some reason.

4BLD:
I was going to NR mean, which meant I was doing it really safe. The first two solves were around 8 minutes, but I messed up the third , Since this is Vietnam Championship, the prizes are only given to top 3 vietnamese competitors, and for some reason, all the faster vietnamese competitors all DNF, so I'm the vietnamese 4bld champion

Square 1: Nothing

MBLD: MY PHONE's ALARM FOR MY EXTRA CLASS TURN ON WHILE I WAS SOLVING, so I dnf 1 cube, and another cube I forgot a single letter pair. So that leaves me with 4/6

6x6: Sub 3 mean, nice

Megaminx: DIDN't MAKE 1:30 CUTOFF

5x5: Sub 1:30 average, nice

Goals update:

Easy:
- 3bld finals
- 4bld single
- judge xuanyi (i'll prob ask him in chinese cuz I do learn chinese) or qixian or timofei

Medium:
- Get to 3x3 round 3 (60 competitors only, and all of them are sub 10.5)
- Sub 4 2x2 average
- Sub 40 4x4 average
- Sub 1:35 5x5 average
- Sub 3 6x6 mean
- Sub 18 OH average
- Pass megaminx cutoff
- 4bld mean (this will be NR if no other vietnamese competitors get a mean)
- 5bld single
- 6/6 mbld

Hard:
- Beat 3x3 average PR (9.30s)
- Sub 3 2x2 single
- 5bld mean
- Complete full WCA profile except 7x7 and FMC

DAY 2 UPDATE

3x3:
First round is really bad, for some reason my hand was really sweaty so I got an 11 and a DNF due to me twisting back a twisted corner the wrong way.
Second round is mid, Could have been PR average if last solve was a 8.7 but i lock up. Still got a 7.72 PR single

2x2:
Also bad, PR single is fine (I average sub 4 at home )

4x4:
Quite nice, I even beat PR single by 0.02s. Would have been better if it was sub 40 average, which would be top 100 in Vietnam

OH:
Would have like it if it's sub 18 average, but a 14 single is so satisfying.

3BLD: IT was really baddd, I went safely to get a success single first before going fast on the remaining attempts. I ended up DNFing the first two solves, got a 1:16 and 1:21. No PR

DAY 3 Update

Only PRs I got: 4x4 38s because the first four solves all have no parity, and 3bld 50s single

Finals were really fun to watch, some of the top vn cubers cosplay as other characters. Even though this is vietnam championship, the podium for 3x3 is all foreigners (timofei, qixian, and xuanyi)

Now I'm only missing the records section, NR/CR/WR collection, and the medals collection (which can easily be resolved if I got the 4bld mean ;-; )

I've also make it my goal to get top 100 nationally in all categories, including singles and average, right now I have 12 out of 33

I'm going to learn 1 look tcp (6/18 cases learn)

My ao25 is now sub 30, and my ao50 and ao100 will soon be. So I'll consider myself sub 30 now. Which means I need to set a new goal for 2027 summer which will be sub 22 ao100.
