I have been maining the tornado v3 pioneer, but I have just received the moretry tianma x3 snap yesterday and with simple setup, it has already become my new main. I average around a second faster on the moretry tianma x3 snap.

I originally had my tornado v3 pioneer on yoo setting, but as I was going to main the moretry tianma x3 snap instead, I tried to mess around with the settings on my tornado v3 pioneer. I actually neglected the fact that the yoo cube is a flagship version instead of the pioneer version. I now have tension of 5 instead of 3 and compression of 3 instead of 4, and magnet strength of 4 instead of 3. I found this a lot better for me that I think I'm now switching back to the tornado v3 pioneer. I average a second faster on the moretry tianma x3 snap than on the moyu weilong wr maglev with core magnets, which was my main before the tornado v3 pioneer. However, after I setup my tornado v3 pioneer again according to my personal preference, I actually average 1.5s faster than the moretry tianma x3 snap! Also, I actually got some +2 problems with the moretry tianma x3 snap too. The tornado v3 pioneer has become my main once again as a result.

None of the cubes in the poll. Am still using the original GAN 356 in the office because it's as quiet as a mouse. But RS3M super is on the way, while I'm still musing about getting another: Tonardo V3 flagship or WRM 2021 Maglev.

None of the cubes in the poll. Am still using the original GAN 356 in the office because it's as quiet as a mouse. But RS3M super is on the way, while I'm still musing about getting another: Tonardo V3 flagship or WRM 2021 Maglev.

You should try the dayan tengyun v1 as it is super quiet and I always use it in train. You will love it.

I have (had) both. They both have a similar soft scratchy feel. The v3 is snappier and blockier. The v4 is much less blocky but is still pretty snappy. I much prefer the v4 (in fact, it is my all-time favorite 3x3) but I cannot recommend it as it breaks way too easily (as mine had). The v3 is pretty nice but I don't like its relative rigidity and blockiness; that being said, its performance (and the v4) is objectively very high level, it's just that I don't like the feeling of the v3 as much.

Thanks to you both! Agree re: the V4 breaking; it's one of the only cubes I've ever had issues with in that regard.
