I want to do a little study and ask for 0 more volunteers. However, more will make it more interesting, so you can still participate if you want to. I'll begin the analysis after work today.
Edit: Originally I asked to post your solutions below, I've now created an extra thread for the solutions.
- You must be a Fridrich/CFOP solver with a sub20 record average.
- Solve each scramble below, once for speed, then again to recreate and write down the F2L part of your solution.
- Don't try to get a short solution, I need your "normal" solutions.
- Scramble with your cross color on bottom.
- Make sure you have scrambled correctly, and that your solution is correct. I recommend this applet for this. If your cross color isn't white, add the appropriate cube rotation(s) in front of the scramble (e.g., add z before the scramble if your cross color is green so the applet puts green on bottom).
- If you want to, you can write cube rotations, double layer turns, parentheses, etc (just please make sure the applet accepts it). For the statistics I have in mind, however, simple UDLRFB notation is enough.
- Post your solves into this thread. Please don't read that one before you've done your own solves, unless you won't participate. I don't want you to be influenced by other people's solves.
Once I have the solutions from nine people other than me, I'll do a little analysis and posts my findings.
Now the scrambles:
D2 B' R D' R U R B F R U R F D2 L2 F R2 U' L' F R D2 F R2 L
F' D' B' L' D' R' F' D L2 R' U2 L2 B' F' L2 B' U' L' R F' B' D R' D2 U
