Do you think the cube for speed channels will get this cube, and instead of the one piece commutator thing they keep doing, they will say the cube is solved, but then show the logo is wrong and say the cube is unsolved?
I swear to god cubing channels went downhill real quick In 2022-23. Z3Cubing, SoupTimmy, SCS, TC, and Tingman are single-handedly keeping the YouCubing spirit alive.

I mean, I already have the software needed and I have some good ideas. However, I don’t have much time and I need more training on the software. I think my videos could be high effort though.
DM me, I can give you tips for certain software (specifically Adobe products)

Should I make a youcubing channel?
Yea that would be very cool

Most video editing softwares I’ve used are pretty easy to get the basics of and skills transfer across softwares

Yeah, youtube cubing has declined exponentially ever since Jperm and Cubehead stopped uploading. I basically only watch TC and Tingman video's these days, and sometimes Z3 and Souptimmy. There are some smaller channels I watch more these days, such as Scooch and JFCubing.

Cubing isn’t a particularly popular hobby. The fact that J Perm was pulling the numbers he was on actual cubing videos is insane, and required a crazy amount of the English speaking cubing community’s support. It just isn’t feasible for there to be many channels that big in such a small hobby. In some cases, was pulling more views than the WCA has had competitors on intermediate/advanced tutorial videos.

For a hobby like this, the only way to feasibly pull those numbers is doing what SoupTimmy is doing: somewhat childish content aimed at the wide recognizability of the Rubik’s cube and wowing non-cubers long enough to watch his short, and not really genuine cubing content (for the most part)
