Also as from what I’ve heard from those who have already tried the prototype of the YJ MGC EVO v2 for few days, its wayyy better than the v1 and its nice ootb

@NebraskanSpeedsolver are you gonna tune down the price of your mod? It’s a bit ridiculous if you’re pricing it more than the GAN 13 maglev, especially when YJ will come out with a v2 in March. Not arguing if your mod can make the v1 better than the v2, but I think you may consider modding the v2 instead of v1. Like the core magnets kit for the Tornado v2 came out well before the release of the v3 (this case is a bit different tho as the Tornado v2 is a bit smaller so ppl use it for OH). I think you better not price it at least not over $40 considering the retail price is ard $25-28 in US, and the v2 will come out supposedly at ard $30 in US (I’ll hv the think abt it even if it’s $12-13 here tho). To me as a cuber who always mod cubes, I know the cost shouldn’t go that high unless you’re using high grade magnets like N48.

I wish I could. The cube itself costs me $45 to produce, so anything lower than that I take a loss. I really want it to be somewhat affordable, but at that point I can only make a few and just be out a good amount of money. I guess I can try to mod the V2, if it comes out this weekend I will order one and try it out, but it all depends on what feedback Cameron gives me and what all I can change. One thing I might be able to do is sell the diansheng cubes after I use the extra core, but that would only give me back $8 per cube, making production cost $37 still. The GAN 13 Maglev here is $84, so here it would actually be cheaper, but idk.

YJ has a good 4x4… and it’s relatively cheap.

x2. It’s pretty good, although it does lock up occasionally, as any other 4x4 would. It’s kinda hard to lube that thing though.

oh just realised that its only for GAN member in this Asian region right now, for the price of $13 same as the original GAN i Carry. And for me the GAN13 maglev is less than $50 with free express shipping as well
