No matter how tight I set it, one side is always popping. If I set it too tight, it'll just be too hard to move. As of right now, the cube feels really bad. I can't loosen it much cause it'll just pop like crazy. Do you guys have any solutions?

i normally use a type c. first, lubricate it! the type c's do not need much breaking in. then, take off the caps and set the tension medium-high. my type c has great corner cutting, but when you loosen it too much, it does pop alot.
:D

Well, I fixed the tensions a bit after fidgeting with it. Now I have another issues, the caps seem to be a pain to get on. I haven't put on a cap yet lol. I tried a lot of ways, didn't work.

Cs never pop if you're an accurate turner. I'm not even that accurate, and my Cs are all loose, but I don't pop much.

I have a hypothesis: The screws are very easy to put in crooked on the C; you have to screw them in just barely and then carefully straighten them before screwing the rest of the way in. If you don't notice it, I suspect the cubies would be jamming up all over the place. Take it apart and carefully eyeball the core...rock the centers around on the screw and see if they favor one direction over another.

So, I got my tensions and I re-constructed the cube, it moves a lot better now cause I straightened the screws. But, one center cap (Green) always seems to pop for me. If I put it in, and it looks good, I just make some turns, and it just pops out at me. Any ideas?
