Rowe Hessler and Weston both have excellent tutorials on OH I think. Just practice a lot, it will take a while for your hand to get used to OH.
I just looked at Rowes tutorial and it is a *HORRIBLE* absolutely *HORRIBLE* tutorial. :fp
The only thing he explains is how to do basic U and R turns and some VERY fast incomprehensive tutorials. From a pedagogy standpoint that tutorial is downright horrid. He even apologizes for being confusing and not being able to properly explain what he is doing.
I don't know much about one-hand solving averaging barely under 2 minutes myself, but teh main problem about people who are good at cubing doesn't mean neccesarily that they are actually good at explaining what the hell they are doing - something that is by far more of a rule than an exception.
I would suggest badmephistos one-handed tutorial, even though he is probably not a good OH-cuber and has downright amaturish solvetimes he knows how to properly explain the methology and reasoning when solving one-handed in a way everyone can understand.
I would also suggest learning the Petrus method which according to my opinion is more suited for one-handed solves and it isn't that much of a big leap from Fridrich-method.
It may have been horrible to you, but at least he is trying to explain it instead of criticizing.
