I was wondering how most of you go about from solving it with two hands to one. When I solve it with two hands, the algorithms are like from muscle memory so I have difficulties applying it when one-handed. Anybody have any tips or suggestions?

You'll have to think about the algorithms when you do them, just like you used to when learning for two hands. Then after lots of practice with one handed solves you should be able to execute the algorithm without much thought.

The tricky part is using efficient algorithms and adapting them to one hand.
