Transit of Venus

just wanted to inform (or remind) you of the upcoming transit of venus on 5th and 6th of june. its the last one until 2117 so take your last chance and observe this special phenomenon!

I've already seen the transit of 2004. It was so great. Not as great as the 1999 total solar eclipse but still. I'm a huge astronomy addict.

In 1999 I travelled several 100's of km and slept in my car in some field in France just to be sure I was in the 100% zone
Why settle for 99.xx if you have 100% a few hours away

I slept in my car too ^^. We were at Fecamp to see it. Right after the eclipse, we went to "Viaduc de la Souleuvre" to make our first bungee jump. It was such a great day !
