Very nice Ton.. You mentioned the 11.21 seconds solve in another topic yesterday. I went looking for it in your profile, and did not find it. ;) Now I realise you just set this new PB single. Awesome!

I guess that was a post of Maria, as married couple we might have set the fastest combined single result with 11.21 and my wife Maria 17.09 = 28.30 sec , I do not know any other couple who are combined (single) faster. To beat average we have to beat Fumiki Koseki and Sanae Koseki 15.67 and 18.78 average , for this I have to get my average down with at least 1 sec and Maria 4.5 seconds , that is possible... Maria has the speed to get a sub 19 average. And I know I should be able to get a sub 16 average... So that will be a goal for the coming year(s) .. So far the older I got the faster I became

My basic speed (If I do not practice) is around 18.5 sec , if I train my average of 100 is around 17.5 , so I need to get this down to at least 16.5 to be able to beat my PB's

LOL

sub 20 avg is impossible, only if I'm in good mood and 2 skips :D

My goal @ my next competition is a new avg that's it, but if sub 20 sec avg come it will be great ( very welcome)

Congrats my lovely, funny husband :)
