tips on One-Hand Fingertricks

I'm having a problem with how to execute algs using one-hand. my 3x3x3 average is 19.xx seconds but my one-hand 3x3x3 average is 60-65 seconds. can anyone help me with one-hand solving? please....

Try doing (U R') with your left index finger, without regripping

When I first started OH I was looking all over for sites that would teach OH finger tricks and stuff specific to OH. I never found any that were too helpful and in the end it just comes down to practice practice practice.
