Times so far apart?

lets say you practice with a hard rock hard football and you become good at catching, you'll be amazing with a normal football, it's the same with a rubik cube, anything really, practice with something harder then when you go back to a good one you'll be so much better.

You'll also pick up bad habits.
You'll overturn etc.

Or it could so frustrating getting lockups that you're distracted away from from looking ahead. Better way is just to make yourself turn slowly.
I take it you're kinda new to full PLL, cause your recognition could be taking a while. That should naturally get better over time, also you could try drilling each pll alg for a bitty to get your fingertricks down, you should be able to get them all down to 4-5 second with very little practice.

yeah it takes around 5 seconds to do them 2-5 seconds recognition

do some solves where you turn very slowly and try to focus on looking ahead. it would help recognition and for me it helped my speed even though i still get averages of 50 with times between 15 and 36....

plan ahead, learn to be able to know whats going on when you can only see 3 or 4 sides (dont look at B), get better algorithms if you feel like some of them are too slow, dont double/triple/quadruple check to see which case it is, try not to pause too much
