LL exec vs recog time

I'm trying to be able to do PLL in 2 seconds every solve, and I would like to know how fast I need to be able to do the actual alg, and how long I should take to recognise. For example, should I aim for sub-0.5 recognition and get all my algs sub-1.5, or something else? And should I aim for the same splits for OLLs?

Maybe you should generate some algs for oll that don't touch CP or EP for example, so your rec time will be lower

That is a good idea, but I was more planning on practising 2-sided PLL recognition. I appreciate the advice though!
