It's the oppisite actually. I lost my 3x3, 2x2, and Megaminx. I was asking if there were any pyraminx or skewb because that is those are the only "cubes" I have.

Okay everybody, Opens is...well open. If you want a spot just say "I'm in" or "sign me up." everyone who correctly guessed the professor pyraminx without cheating is a homie, and will still have their spot. remember, there is a cap of 25 players.

there will be no wca events. everything has been jerry-rigged so that there is no skill needed. all you need to do is turn fast. my team and I are thinking of some time-attacks, perhaps some relays, and some events involving making patterns. I cannot go into detail now since the comp hasn't officially started yet. We are trying to make this thing as fun as possible, as soon as possible.

Attention Everyone! This is the last day of opens! Tomorrow will be the first day of the comp, and we will not be taking any new members. As of now, we have 14 Comp members. There are 11 spots left and we would love to see those filled. The more members mean the longer this comp will last, and more awesome challenges for those who don't get executed. All you have to do to join is comment "I'm in" or "I wanna join" or something similar and I will personally put you on the roster.

Again, the prize for the lone winner of this competition is a redeem code for a Legacy Cube bag from Speedcubeshop.com.
This comp is structured so that everyone has an equal chance at winning this. Seriously, there's a fifty-fifty you could beat Max Park if he was in this thing. All you need to do is turn fast. Were Speedcubers, that should be easy for us.

@THE_V01DL0RD I'm sorry, I didn't see your reply. unfortunately the events this weekend do involve some of the puzzles you are missing, but do not worry, you can still compete once you get your cubes back. I will make it so that all times must be submitted by thursday the 28th. If you get your cubes back earlier, plz let me know. Again, srry I didn't respond sooner, but everything will work out. btw, do you only own one 3x3 and one 2x2?

Day 1
Challenge/event: 2-3 relay checkerboard ao5.
Description of event: Start off with a solved 2x2 and a solved 3x3. Your goal is to put these two in the checkerboard pattern as fast as you can. If you don't know how to do checkerboard here are the moves: 3x3 (R2 L2 U2 D2 F2 B2) 2x2 (R2 F2 R2 U2).

How to submit times:
In order to submit times, you will look at the list of competitors to help you. If your name has an odd number next to it (e.g., 1. John Doe), you will Personally Message your times to me @1x1 wr holder!. If you have a even number next to your name, you will personally Message your times to the executioner @NebraskanSpeedsolver. your post to us must at least include the 5 solves and the ao5 we don't need the scrambles. Any timer is fine to use: stackmat (don't care which brand) keyboard (don't care which website) mobile device (don't care which app or website).

Times must be in by this coming Thursday the 28th.

Five lowest times will be cut...er... EXECUTED!!

If you are not satisfied with this event, maybe it is too hard or too easy for you, keep in mind that there are always others that find it suiting. If for whatever reason you all hate the competition, The executioner will execute me, and... well... that will be sad.

Just a reminder everyone, ao5s must be in latest Thursday. You are allowed to post on Thursday but no later. by the way, as another reminder, the instructions for this challenge are to first have a solved 3x3 and solved 2x2 in front of you, then start the timer, then put both in checkerboard pattern, then stop the timer. I noticed that some of you were starting off with scrambled cubes, and that actually takes some skill. anyway, you're all doing great hope you're having fun.
