SLP skill - Replace CO with binding

I rewrote the 3rd PAIR and 4th PAIR of RUPM.
The 3rd PAIR of RUPM is also the 5th PAIR of PPW2.
So I unified the naming and referred to them all as the second to last PAIR, abbreviated as SLP. The SLP skill primarily uses bindings to replace the CO.
Although this was done once during RUPM, a completely new approach is now being used. The primary goal is to create a skill with simple and elegant rules, which I was unable to achieve during RUPM.

Last PAIR

Because these are the core practices of RUPM, PPW, and PPW2.
Therefore, RUPM, PPW, and PPW2 can all be upgraded to 2.0.
