The Jperm Progression Thread

[DuckubingCuber347]

I'm surprised no one has posted this (maybe someone has, I've only read 5-6 posts in this thread) but Dylan has another channel focused on mk8d called Shortcat. I'm not a fan of the Jperm channel but Shortcat is pretty entertaining.

Thank you for showing this. I love Mario kart and Jperm, so it is an amazing combo for me.

That’s actually crazy tho

JPerm has reached out to a lot of new cubers.Congrats Dylan!

Whenever I coach young kids nowadays, I always have to compete with Jperm's advice, as many kids blindly follow his idea, and argue if I differ on the learning path, smh.

Im a youngish kid

JPERM HAS A NEW VID!!!!

[Bingus Ringus McDingus]

I always wondered what the first cube with square corners was. Interesting

JPERM HAS A NEW VID!!!!

Saw that. Though about posting, but thought otherwise when I realized some prob posted.

Jperm hasn't really posted any new content ever since he has been focusing on his shortcat channel a lot. His last few vids are about WRs and whatnot. He also hasn't been to a comp since 2022, when he made his vlog about it. Either he's been really busy w/ shortcat, or he's getting close to quitting cubing altogether.

I wonder if J Perm is going to switch focus on other stuff and other things just like MeMyselfAndPi who hasn't posted in a really long time and also started a gaming channel

To be honest his Shortcat channel has gotten me a bit into mario kart which is intresting since I have no way to play it without an emulator. I do hope some of his focus goes back to his main channel soon though.

I doubt he would quit.

When I first started cubing, I thought Jperm explained concepts pretty badly. Glad to say my opinion has changed now. He does explain stuff quite nicely.

MeMyselfAndPi almost got into a car accident while stormchasing on the phone. I saw the video; it was... not lauded by many on the Cyoubx's Friends Facebook group when it was posted. Poor MMAP

I noticed that's the case with a lot of beginners
