/* Scramble */
F' R F2 R' F R F' U2

/* Solve */
U2 F R' F' L U2 L' U
This is in violation of regulation E2e
The competitor's solution must not be directly derived from any part of the scramble sequence. Penalty: disqualification of the attempt (DNF), at the discretion of the WCA Delegate.

Abide by regulation E2e1 and I might accept your result
The WCA Delegate may ask the competitor to explain the purpose of each move in their solution, irrespective of the scramble sequence. If the competitor cannot give a valid explanation, the attempt is disqualified (DNF).

:O didn't realize I reversed it. Here's my explanation:

I wanted to go for a layer, not just a face. At the start, I was starting with U B' L U2 L' which was good but I wanted to see if I could maybe get an easy WV or maybe even a WVCP, so I tried a couple different ways for insertion. Eventually, I tried U2 F R' F', which did the same thing as U B' but gives a different LSLL. I looked and saw that it was just the simple L U2 L' WVCP!

I deem your explanation invalid due to there being easier faces aside from green that would make more sense to do like orange

Also, you did this before in other threads

Also, This isn't a 2x2 FMC thread and it doesn't make too much sense to put so much thought into a 2x2 solve

is it just a prank bro? Is not not just a prank bro? Thats for you to decide

Orange really isn't much easier to make a layer, but I did try some stuff on there also

I have a lot of time on my hands and it's a lot easier to get good solutions on 2x2 since there aren't a bunch of special techniques

Deep question

Next Scramble: U' F' U R U' F U2 R2 U'
/* Scramble */
U' F' U R U' F U2 R2 U'

/* Solve */
z y' // Inspection (0)

U2 R' U' R U R' // Layer (6)

y2 R U' R U' R U' R' U R' U R' U // CLL (12, 18)

NEXT: F2 U F2 U F' U2 F2 R U' R' U'
