I average around 45 secs and am struggling with lookahead. Any tips?

Using multi phase option of cstimer right?

my splits are:
F2C: 4 seconds
Three Cross Edges: 9 seconds
Last Cross Edge: 4 Seconds
3-2-3: 13 seconds
3x3 stage: 13 seconds

i did get a 40.89 official average

cross edges are quite slow, I would say slow down your turning just during that step so you can see all the pieces.
For 3-2-3 you just need to do more solves, bc during this step lookahead should be quite easy.

I just use hoya where lookahead during cross edges is way easier and you can learn algorithms for them.
