Break Down

Cross, 5 Seconds
F2L, 15-20 seconds
OLL, 2-5 Seconds
PLL, 3-10 Seconds

Overall, 25-40 Seconds usually on the higher end with 35 second times.

I don't know how to get faster after this point, heres and example of my F2L and Cross.

(QQtimer Scramble) Scramble: F D2 B2 R' L F' D' F' B' U2 L B' U B L D' B' D2 R F2 D R B' R2 F

Cross: x2 R F' D B2 L2 D F L F
First Slot: D2 L D L' D2 F' D F
Second Slot: y2 B D' B' D' L' D' L
Third Slot: L D L F D' F' D2 R' D' R
Last Slot: L D' L' D' F' D2 F D2 F' D F

Your F2L certainly needs a lot of work, but the most glaring thing is a possible 10 second PLL? You say you use 3 look LL, so I assume you know all the PLLs. You have to either learn better algs or learn to execute those faster, because that's just far, far too long for a PLL. That's costing you a lot of time that is easy to make up.

Well I know almost all, I just forget The F permutation and the R's Sometimes ( I never bothered with N's I almost never get them).

I feel like we are the same person. I am between 23-37 on average I know 3 look, and I also learned all of the permutations (except a n because it takes the longest to perform). I've found that the main way I can shave off time on my times is to shave it off of my f2l by look ahead. When I get a 18 17 or 16 second f2l time it is usually brings my times way down.

Yea I know what you mean, If I have the whole First 2 layers done in under 20 seconds I know I'm gonna have a sub-30 time.

Learn ZB.

Just kidding.
You use a lot of D turns, I used to do that myself.
Have you tried doing u (double layer)?
Nowadays, i do alot of u turns to facilitate keyhole, and X-crosses, when i see blocks in the D layer.

Ah, so I am not the only one!

It's just practice. That's all you need to do. I honestly wouldn't even be too concerned with look ahead yet. I only really started looking ahead at about 25 seconds. When you're still around 40, you're still very slow with simply calculating how to insert pairs in F2L, and that's what you need to improve now. Just practice :)
