Added Fewest Moves and 4x4x4 BLD to the comp so yea
Can't wait for this weekend, looks to be an intense comp but lots of fun.

See you all here,

David

I just landed in Orlando, and am now sitting in the airport waiting for out rental car.

Doing a college visit today and tomorrow(Two of my top choices are near by, so why not?) Then an off day in Lakeland(Have family there) on the 18th. Drive to Stetson that night, stay the night at the university hotel. Then, get up and turn things very fast =D

I just hope i can find a ride there haha. My friend isn't sure if he can go now and he was going to give me a ride :P

Thanks to David for hosting a great event. Maybe next year it won't be two hours late. Jason Baum won a lot of events and also completed a 4x4x4 BLD. Lofty won OH.

It was a lot of fun. Even though I was fighting off sleep the entire day.

Haha I think most of the time you gave in that sleep Chow. Chow would be asleep in some chairs and they would call his name and he would run up solve, it was kinda funny. He also won FM with a 37 move solution... I was trying to blockbuild and stuff and Chow just does Fridrich and gets a PLL skip for 37 moves...
Yesterday (and this morning, we didn't leave til 2:30am) was pretty fun!! I am definitely looking forward to nationals to meet everyone again! I don't know how I won OH... I did absolutely terrible at it. I was so nervous, I don't even think I got sub 25 but I dont know my final results.
After the competition was the most fun part tho. I went to Chillies with Bob, Jason, David, Ou (goes to UF with me) and another guy from Stetson whos name alludes me somehow... We raced relays and did team solving and shared some tips and tricks and had waaaayyy too much fun we stayed there until they kicked us out at closing then we sat down in their parking lots and kept at the fun cubing stuff till 2:30am. It was really an awesome time tho I may never want to solve a cube that finishes with a T-perm again (or do U2)!
Edit: How could I forget me and Jason's team bld solves... I had one hand on the wheel driving the car and the other hand on the cube with him calling to me!

38 moves :P Thanks for the great event David, even it as Chow said it was late :P Was fun. I did really well first round, okay second and really was awful last round xP Oh well, there's always a first. Can't wait until next time.

Stetson rocked! I did really bad on the 3x3x3 and OH.
I did 4x4x4 bld, so that there would be enough for Jason to enter. I knew I wouldn't get it, so I just tried to get the centers. I managed two of them, and was one turn away from getting 2 more. I was so sure I had it :(

I broke my 5x5x5 record! Previous record was 4:39.xx, and I hit 4:01.xx totally non-lucky! It was such a fluke. The others were average. I flipped out inside when I got it, but managed to not jump around the room, which I really wanted to do.

I am glad I hit sub-10 on the 2x2x2. I usually hit around 15 (I suck), and I always do worse on little sleep. But, I hit sub-10, so I was happy.

I did pretty good on the master magic, considering I got taught how to solve it right then, and did two solves before I started to compete.

The magic I sucked at. Didn't even get one sub-2

Overall, I had a blast! Can't wait till nationals.

RESULTS ARE UP! Yay i messed up last round but oh well. Haha, almost top 500 cubers xP 2x2 which i've only had for a few days i'm 405 in world lol 3x3 559 haha oh well i'm happy i'm ranked. Man i had such a good first round, i beat David first round :P Then i just sucked xP Chris Foster got 2 seconds off beating Jason in 5x5 :P
