Are there any easy ways to remember it or is it just practice? And what does 4-look mean?

I try to memorize 4 algorithms a week. Just do it again and again while thinking about the case that it solves for. Try to do it without looking at the algorithm. Otherwise, just practice.

Make sure to review algs you have already learned so you don't forget them.

4-look means using four algorithms to accomplish the given task. For example, a 4-look OLL would require four algorithms to be executed on the cube to orient the last layer.

I'll post my way too.

First I started to learn F2L (I just can't initively). I've learned 3 chapters for now and these are enough for now. First I just did and did the algs. Learned like everybody do. If 3 chapters (those when the corner is in the right spot but twisted or totally right) were in my head I moved to 2-look OLL+2-look PLL. NOw I have learned 2 PLL-s and 2 OLL-s (PLL-s are both edges :D The corner one is tricky and I lubed my cube all the weekend. Now I'm back in town and will start makeing new record.)

Those records in my signature (PB 32.08 and average 3*.**) are done with F2L+beginners method LL. And now most of averages come sub-40. GOODGOOD!

O.k, so I basically need to just practice them. I will probably learn about 3-4 f2ls a week. and so on.
