Well, I just got my Eastsheen A2 on Friday. I haven't started to learn any methods yet, but I've been messing with it a little. It seems to move smoothly if the cubies are aligned correctly, but it seems that if I try to move the layers quickly, it squeaks and some cube dust is created. Is it advised not to try to force any movement, so that it stops squeaking, or is this a natural phase in breaking it in?

From what I hear Eastsheen 2x2 cubes take some breaking in but eventually they are very loose. Try lubing all the cubies and maybe sanding them with very fine sandpaper. This may help start the grinding process of sharp edges. Lots of fast turning, RUR'U' will also help.

Well, it's kind of difficult to lube it.., since most of the pieces are hollow.. Besides that, I have no idea how I would go about taking it apart without breaking it. I don't think it's meant to be taken apart, especially since it came assembled; unlike the A4 and A5.
