[Help Thread] Square-1 Discussion

Here is an even twist (10) version for the O/H EP:
/3,3/-1,0/2,2/0,2/2,2/-4,0/2,2/-1,-2/-3,-3/-3,0 [10|26] O+/H (generated, other 3 are mirrored/inverted versions)
/3,3/1,2/-2,-2/4,0/-2,-2/0,-2/-2,-2/1,0/-3,-3/3,0 [10|26] O-/H
/-3,-3/0,1/-2,-2/-2,0/-2,-2/0,4/-2,-2/-1,-2/-3,-3/-3,0 [10|26] H/O+
/-3,-3/-2,-1/2,2/0,-4/2,2/2,0/2,2/0,-1/3,3/0,-3 [10|26] H/O-

Is there a fast adjacent parity alg that doesn't flip the middle bar? The way I solve means that the bar is always correctly oriented at last layer, and the popular adj parity flips the bar...

Just ignore the middle layer till ep, and if its flipped and you gave a no flip alg, or if it's not flipped and you do an alg that flips, you can just cancel it.

I don't think so based on my understanding of parity. You might look into parity cubeshape, or at least how it works so you can do cs with extra moves to Pre flip the e layer so parity fixes it.

I use
/(6,0)/(3,0)/(0,3)/(0,-3)/(0,3)/(2,0)/(0,2)/(-2,0)/(4,0)/(0,-2)/(0,2)/(-1,4)/(0,-3)/(0,3)
It's just /6,0/6,0/ alg but cancelled into the parity alg.

So I was messing around with sq1 and discovered the screw method accidentaly (bummer realizing it was alreadt a thing), but I was wondering if there is an alg set that inserts FD and solves CP simoultaneosly? Sorry if obvious

Thanks

Why not insert FD and solve the rest of the cube? The alg count is reasonable even if you include parity cases.
