1,2,3: Yes
4: 45 degrees for U and D moves, 90 degrees for / moves.

I have been cubing for about 3 weeks now using F2L and my fastest time is 55.43 seconds is that any good using F2L? First i complete the cross (green) then F2L, Then Cross (blue) then permutation and orient. is there a way to skip the crosses? so i can get faster? my goal is 35 seconds is that possible

You could try "speedcubing.com.au". They often have competitions suitable for me.
