[Member Intro] Solving the 4x4 Rubik cube

Yes, you are correct!. I’ll send a picture as soon as I get the get nerve to do without screwing up.
Just watch some videos of ‘4x4 OLL Parity Algorithm’ and watch it on x0.25 and copy it. Don’t get stressed and undo your moves, everything will come together. OLL parity doesn’t happen every time, you got unlucky :)

RIP you have parity. Firstly, as you can see there are 3 yellow edges, and you want to put the blank edge in front of you (yellow still at the top). then you want to do the parity algorithm:

r U2 x r U2 r U2 r' U2 l U2 r' U2 r U2 r' U2 r'

after that send another photo
Good Morning! I hope everybody had a good weekend. Here’s my cube after I performed the above algorithm.
Thanks, Larry

Looks like you did the algorithm on the wrong side :P

The unsolved edge, (the missing edge to form the yellow cross) must be at the front top of the cube, for your current state (given that you haven’t turned the cube at all after taking the picture), with orange in front

I put the red/yellow edge with the yellow on the sides and red on top in front of me with the yellow center on top and performed your algorithm. What did I do wrong! I thought I followed your instructions?

Do you want me to take a picture of the orange side? I’m not understanding.

Yeah I thought so :p. Well done on getting the algorithm right! Now just solve it like a 3x3, and if you get an unsolveable case, just message us again as you probably have pll parity
Ok. I’ll run the algorithms by you before I do it just so I don’t screw up. Thanks for your help!

Yes, I get it solve the yellow face with corners and then get a castellated looking top. And then put correct edge in back, next rotate top counter clockwise or clockwise using correct algorithm to finish up.
