Seems this topic has been talked, don't know if this is interested.
We knew there are 46mm size and 50mm size for Dayan Zhanchi. 50mm shishuang and 55mm shishuang.
Generally, 55mm fits well because most of our 3*3 are in this size. Well, it might depends on the hold ways and your hand size, which size do you prefer on 2*2 cube.
Some cubers prefer size between 50-53mm, what do you think?

For other sizes, share with us!

Here is what I noticed about 2x2s: The first ever 2x2 that came out was the Rubik's brand one in 1981 that was about 40mm big. About 20-25 years later when the Eastsheen 2x2 came out and became a popular 2x2 in 2006. The Eastsheen 2x2 brought us some standard 2x2 stuff like the standard 50mm size and the 3x3 like mech on the inside. Then in early 2011 the WitEden 2x2 came out and introduced the holes that shows the screws and became a standard in most new 2x2s. But it would be interesting to see FangShi add something to the 2x2 and it becomes a standard thing on the newer 2x2.
