*Sigh* --- Green DIY

I ordered a green DIY from cubefans ebay store, but he replied and said he does not have anymore, and the factory has stopped producing them. On PuzzleProz, and ebay store, and my first choice of where to buy, he said that he doesn't have any either. I know 9spuzzles has green type-A's, but does anyone know where I can get one besides there? Why did Ed have to close his store....

Cubefans is the same as cube4you, and on the webiste it doesn't have a gren type-A, only a C.

i think the guy is trustworthy. i've ordered stuff from that site, it just takes a while since it's in china.. took about 3 weeks for my white DIY to arrive, who knows how long for my current order

Have you seen the two websites? And plus on TP the member rubik has both in his signature. On the two websites, the ONE thing different is the URL. Even on if you go to Cubefans scroll to the bottom and you'll see the copyright and the forum link. They both say cube4you.

Thanks but I already have seen that. That is not a type_a, I can tell by the color. I have bought from him before though. His Sq-1s are the same as cubefans/cube4you.

I ordered 9 puzzles from him a few weeks back. I paid $10 extra for faster shipping and received everything in about a week, not bad for being on the other side of the earth. :rolleyes: He's definitely trustworthy though.

Yeah I'm jsut gonna order a Green from there (if it is actually (A), I emailed him). I'm cheap, so I will do the 7 dollar shipping of 7-15 days.

Siraj, perhaps I'm being overly skeptical - if so, I'm sorry. I can't help noticing that you are in Virginia and the ebay merchant is in Alabama.

According to www.usps.com, a Priority Mail package (not standard shipping) from Alabama to Virginia weighing under 2 lbs (which certainly exceeds the weight of a Rubik's cube) would cost $4.60 to ship, and be delivered within two days.

I can't understand why this merchant would charge you $7.00 for shipping, and estimate a wait for delivery of 7-15 days.

Furthermore, while most of his feedback is positive, his negative feedback refers to slow shipping. And I didn't like his answer - "Not my fault - blame USPS."

You might want to keep looking for that cube...

Well abbracadiabra, and everyone else, I have some good news (for me)! The cubefans owner sent an email back saying that he found a green one in a box hidden with a different color, and said that it is probably the last one, so he will send it to me with the rest of my order! Hopefully this will pull off!!
