Hi everyone!

80% of the info on cubing etc is related to the 3x3 so my knowledge of the 3x3 is great but I am lacking greatly in the 4x4 and 5x5

I would like to know such things as what is an average speed for bigger cubes?

How long it takes to progress with bigger cubes?

What are the secrets and how do you practise?

What you did to get faster, tricks and tips?

Every thread on BC says, "Need to get sub 30, 20 etc (on a 3x3) and many answers vary but I would like to hear the kind of info the members of this site have to give on say "Need to get sub 2, 1.30 etc (on a 4x4)

Thank you!

Well i dont' know much, i average about 1.25 on the 4x4 and 2.08 on the 5x5. I only really solve the 5x5. I don't know of an average, but i would say around 3.5-4.5 minutes? I just solve it alot and learn an efficient method. You get fast with practice there are no real algs aprt from your 3x3 part and parity.
