I don't think so, as the comp ended/results have been posted, and the cap did not completely fall off.

If the competition ended and results have been posted, it doesn't guarantee they are final.

True; WRC deleted comp results from Vietnam this year from as early as 2013.

That was mostly about the incidents when delegates request feedback from WRC/WDC. Vietnam results removal is a special case that (I hope) will never repeat in the future.
