should i learn pll or oll first?

im trying to learn advanced cfop and im not sure which i should do first, do the easy one and easy myself into hell... or want to die and do oll first? (57 godge damn algorithms)

pll. it improves your solves more and it's obviously easier to learn first. but don't delay oll too much until you don't get around to doing it: oll is still v important. learn oll after you're comfortable with pll. hope that helps!

I'd say learn PLL first.

PLL recognition is hard, and some of the algs are very hard, so it is best to learn it first.

OLL is much easier to get good at, so it is best to learn it last.

OLL has this weird reputation of being hard to learn. Trust me, its not. Most algs are just a couple triggers and U moves and a lot of them can be reversed for different OLL's.

That being said- learn PLL first. That pretty much goes without saying.

I agree. I'd say OLL was easier than PLL for me.
