When should I start learning full PLL?

I learned full PLL before even being sub-40, so what?
If I had to wait to learn it until I'm sub-12 or even sub-15 I would never learn it, as I'm 46 years old and my hands are just slow. All this thing about you should wait until speed X to learn alg set Y, or you should wait until you are speed X to buy cube Y because it will spoil your turning... is all complete nonsense.

ok i was joking, you should learn algs as soon as possible so you'll get used to it early and you'll be able to execute stuff faster that way. also, 4LLL is very bad for slow people because each alg takes like 5 seconds for them.
