Should I learn one handed or blindfolded ?

If you would like to learn a new method, and wouldn't mind your brain to remember a bit more (which tires it a bit out), then learn blindfolded. If its the opposite, that is no need for learning a new method but tiring your hand out instead of your brain, then learn one-handed. However if you want to be better at one-handed, then you can learn new algs to substitute those which don't suit you for OH

Blindfolded obvi, but I'm biased.

Pros for BLD:
No new algs if you know T, Y and R perm
More impressive for outsiders
Faster progress at the start because for OH you already know a lot of tricks for OH but for BLD everything is new

Pros for OH:
Easier to learn because all you need to learn are finger tricks.
No new algs necessary, although I would highly recommend learning some.

Both!

I decided to go for OH fist. It is much closer to the normal solving than blind.

If you start OH you can basically use the same methods like for normal solving, but you will find out that some algs are really awkward to execute with one hand.

Most right handed cubers use the left hand for OH, because most algs use R und U moves.
In this case L moves are not so nice to execute, but they are possible.
Wide moves and especially Lw are really bad with your left and you may want to replace them.
For M moves you can either use the table like fast OH roux users do it or also replace them with R/U/F algs.

As said before, I would just try it and you will see which algs you can do one handed.
I kept some easy lefty alg with sune or sexy but replaced some algs with heavy use of the L layer and wide moves.
If you already use 1 look OLL and PLL you can also go back to 2 look for some cases you cant execute with one hand, at least until you learned the new algs.

In the beginning it's quite hard and your hands will get tired fast, but you will get used to it.

what method should I use for bld maybe cfop?
no you won't use cfop. you could do it but you would have to track the solution to all the pieces and it can take a really long time, that event is called speed bld

for bld you can begin learning old pochman

This is really overwhelming is there something easy to begin with

OP is the easiest way to solve the cube blindfolded, and imo J Perm’s V2 is the best tutorial. Blindfolded can definitely be a bit overwhelming, but it’s less difficult than it would seem and you’ll get it with time. I’d recommend starting with 2x2 blindfolded (also j perms tutorial), as a 2x2 is a 3x3 with only the corners.
