Actually , it is just so hard to memorize which piece is where I am just stuck I don’t understand what to do.
Yes, it is very difficult. The only key to making it easy is to practice. When you are starting out, even DNFs help you improve, because they give you experience in tracing. I hope you are doing 2BLD, not 3BLD yet?

I don’t have a 2x2 only a 3x3
Then PLEASE do only the corners on that 3x3: corners on 3x3 are equivalent to a 2x2. Just don't care about the edges at all. (Or buy a 2x2)
And also I am practice but not using a blindfold tho because I can only remember the first swap and then I just forget,
Very good. Don't use a blindfold at first. Make sure you are able to solve with that method sighted before you start doing it blindfolded.

Learn whatever you want it’s up to you. OH I think is easier to learn because of all the memorizing needed for BLD. For OH all you need is a bit of changing the algorithms but that’s basically it. I’m a Roux user and Roux uses a LOT of M moves so I switch to ZZ for OH. ZZ is a really good method for OH, it’s just hard to learn all 493 ZBLL algs. In fact I only use basic ZBLL.

limited experience here but basically the same as corners. Or maybe your problem is not about edges but parity?
