For one of my finals, I made a presentation on cubing and its benefits and I need a visual aid. I decided to create a survey with a few questions you can all answer. Just note that only the answers will be put into the presentation and everyone will remain anonymous

1. How long have you been cubing for?
2. What do you average (in comp or at home)?
3. How has cubing changed your life?

3 years
About 25
It has helped me realize that I like memory based learning and pattern recognition is a skill of mine.

Good luck on your project! You got this!

1. On and off for approximately 10 years. Began in 2014, mostly stopped in 2016, then fully resumed in 2022.
2. ~17-18 on 3x3
3. It acts as a fantastic stress-reliever, and I've met many new wonderful friends from attending competitions.

1. 4 and a half years (5 years in September)
2. 11 to 13 seconds
3. Cubing has given me friendships online and IRL that I would not have made otherwise. And cubing has also helped me enjoy math a lot more. (Though I still hate algebra 2! Lol)

1. Almost 2 years (2 years in august)
2. I average at home under 15 seconds
3. It gived me a moment to relax and do solves, also something to work on and to get better and better, giving me like a goal for life

1. How long have you been cubing for?
20+ years. Speedsolving was my original focus, I switched to collecting and figuring out how to solve unique puzzles on my own after discovering non-wca puzzles like cuboids.
2. What do you average (in comp or at home)?
Never been to a comp. However I can still comfortably solve a 3x3 under 25 seconds.
3. How has cubing changed your life?
It's given me a collection focus. Some people like coins, Lego, model cars, etc. My collection is based on the puzzle released by Mr. Erno Rubik in 1974. I have over 200 unique puzzles, scrambling and solving my collection has helped me through depression and alcoholism.
