What would be the Ideal ratio for Long term, mid term and short term cubes in Multi-Blind?

This will differ on various factors like (listing a few here):
  1. Total number of cubes
  2. Review system
  3. Number of cubes in one pack
  4. Execution speed
  5. BLD skill-level
For my case,
the total number of cubes are 40,
review system is 3-pass
Ten cubes in one pack
Exec speed is 25-30s per cube
BLD skill-level is 25-30s 3BLD and no knowledge of full parity and full floating

I guess I can keep 20 cubes in long term (2 packs - slow 3 pass)
15 cubes in mid term (1.5 packs - faster 3 pass)
and 5 cubes in short term (2 pass)

What inputs can you guys give? What is your ratio in multi-blind?
