Roux method

if you build them as you see them its almost like putting the blocks together fridrich style...
I mean the goal is to see the whole first block during inspection so once you can do that then you'll have no need to build bits of each block as you see them.
Roux definitely has potential.
Do you think eventually there will be add on's to Roux like all the different things you can do to fridrich or Petrus? It can't be that many algs to solve the last 6 edges in one alg can it. or at least the 6 after orienting.

maybe you could do something like the zbf2l were they do the edge protection and then you would only have a few other edges to flip

Once there is more exposure to it and it gains a core group of followers i think so. Gilles alludes to a few tricks on his site like combining solving the LL opp edges at the same time, but other than that i think theres not a lot of "extra's" at the moment. I guess one thing one could do is instead of being repetitive with the EO you could know exactly how many repetitions of M'UM' to do for each case?

I wonder what kind of add-ons will emerge tho, orientation control after solving corners or forced LL (aka M slice) skips or something?
