How to handle these cases intuitively

It seems like everyone is splitting the pair up first then inserting it. I usually take the pair out first. I'll have to try it the other way.

But here is what I would do:
First: F' U2 F R U' R' U R U R'
Second: R U2 R' y' R' U R U' R' U' R

If you started cubing using LBL you may find that just snapping in the corner F' U' F or R U R' style and then following up by the LBL edge flows quite nicely.

For the 2nd one this would be R U R U R U' R' U' F' U F where I must say my F moves are more y L moves.

Perhaps not very efficient for movecount but very intuitive

Mine is similar. U' R U R' d R' U R.

That's the one I used... until ZZ came around and rocked my world! :D But I second this for normal F2L.

EDIT: for the 2nd one, I used to use dR'U'Rd'RUR'. But ZZ took care of that too bwahahaha.
{d} moves ftw.

Hmmm, never thought about a good way of doing those cases, I'd normally just pop them out and see where to go from there (first one gives a bad case if you do R U R')
Ok for the first one, my best way would probably be y (L' U' L) y' U2 R U R' U (R U' R')
Hmmm, two cube rotations. I'm keen to see what other people would do.

EDIT: Ok, just got this awesome alg from Dan's Cube Station: R U' R' d R' U' R U' R' U' R

What would u do for a case like this, take out the pair and then insert it OR use an algorithm such as (R U' R') d (R' U R)

and what will you do if such a case is on the B face, will you make a y2 rotation?
