I knew it. I keep on telling my friend, who did all the algorithms, that everything was wrong, but he kept on objecting

Bad light, and the the step 2 tricks are like 3x3 Oll's, there are much better ones, like R2 U2 R U2 R2 and R U' R2 F R2 U' R'.
