A nice downloadable timer that has all of the features you would need for saving averages.

-Able to discard, +2, or DNF each solve
-Able to import and export scrambles
-Does not require internet access
-Provides scrambles
Cons
-Interface is ugly
-Must be downloaded
-Cannot change individual times once they have been accepted
-Program window cannot be resized
-Can only do 10/12 solve averages

Well, this clearly isnt a review about the new and improved version, and you forgot to add the server function as a con![]()
That means I haven't tried Rubiks Jtimer yet (LOL I just downloaded it NOW). I also haven't used the server function so I'm not going to write anything about that. Here is my opinion on the most popular times I have used.
Yes that happened to me before... weird.... Just install the CCT again and use the newly installed version... worked for me...I suppose my question fits in here, rather than starting a new thread: when I try to load up CCT, I'm just presented with a picture of a stack of cubes and CCT; I expect it's meant to load up the program afterwards, but it doesn't. Help, at all?

Does it really matter? To open the program, just click "CALCubeTimer" file that is an "Executable Jar File" It doesn't have to be on the desktop, unless you want it to.And do you copy the CCT timer file to the desktop?
The file is supposed to be left in the directory I thinkAnd do you copy the CCT timer file to the desktop?
