Question about GuHong DIY vs NIB

[cubefan4848]

I just have a question about the Dayan Guhongs.
Which one is the best buy out of the DIY guhongs and the assembled guhongs?
Does the assembled one already come lubed and does the DIY come with lube to put in it?
Thanks for any help in advance.

I guess it depends on the store if they want to lube it or not.
