Have any of you played with this? Any comments on how interesting or difficult it is? Is it similar to any other puzzle that perhaps is more familiar?

it is just a 3x3 with the "difficulty" that you have to orient the centers

The structure is the same as a 3x3 and I was able to solve mine fairly easily, up unto the last layer. Because each edge has two orientations that look the same and opposite faces have the same color, I faced certain parity problems.

The turning quality is great and the puzzle feels really nice. I recommend it.

This became one of my favorite twisty puzzles as soon as it arrived. It looks great and was possible but challenging to solve using 3x3 methods and algorithms. Turning quality is very good in relation to the price.

It's a rhombic dodecahedron and at the right angle it looks a bit like a Skewb. It's solved the same way as a supercube since the centers have to be oriented a certain way. Similar puzzles are currently being sold on CfY.
