Paypal and similar online transfer services are illegal to use without permissions from relevant authorities in China.
edit: legal to pay money to anyone; illegal to receive money
I guess it has something to do with this

[PowerCuber]

Lightake is getting DDOS'd right now but will be back up later,

What is so good about cube depot? Fast shipping?

Maybe Price Angels will be good in the future. They have some cheap puzzles.
I got their master skewb for $11.61 with free shipping. On cube depot, it is $20.
